The Boned and Rolled Gammon consists of the entire pork leg meat cured with the bone removed and then rolled and tied or netted into a neat size and shape for cooking. With an average size of 8Kg the Boned and Rolled Gammon is perfect for catering kitchens and an essential seasonal product at Christmas and Easter.
