WHO WE ARE

As one of Ireland’s largest sliced bacon producers, with an average turnover of circa 40 million, we offer an exciting and broad range of bacon products.

This family owned second generation Pork and Bacon producer was founded in Blarney, in 1973 by David Bradley.

Now operating from a 30,000 square foot purpose built facity in Balincollig. We have grown to be one of the largest suppliers of Bacon and Pork to the Retail, Foodservice and Wholesale trade on the Island of Ireland under the guidance of current MD Olan Bradley.

Our highly specialised factory is accredited to several international standards for quality management and food safety such as BOARD BIA QAS & AA BRC.

The Quality, Technical and production teams are led by Fredlyn Sias who has over 20 years of experience in the meat industry.

KEY CAPABILITIES

By staying true to our mission statement we constantly engage with our customers assisting them in areas such as range and gap analysis along with category management.

Dedicated to being the most efficient and consistent supplier of sliced bacon products we achieve this aim with our strong management team, a continuous improvement philosophy, and investment in new production and process technologies.

PROCESSING

We process a high volume and wide range of pork and bacon products on our Retail & Bulk slicing lines, our Joint machine and tray sealers offer additional further processing capability.

PACKAGING

We can slice and pack from 150g up to 2.27kg Vacumn / Rigid bulk trays.
Skin packing and tray sealing are part of the production setup and ran on a weekly basis.

SOURCING

Due to our 40+ years in the market, we have very good relationship’s across factories in Ireland and also with some of the largest producers of cured bacon and pork across the EU.

LOGISTICS

We maintain our own fleet as well as employ support from chosen haulage companies to ensure we have consistant logistics capability on or off the Island of Ireland.

MANAGEMENT

Led by Directors, Olan & Cian Bradley along with Ray Oldham & Dan Hartnett, whom share a combined 100+ years of experience in the industry.

We attribute our success to the strong work ethic of our 75+ Staff. Our combined efforts as a team along with Continuous investment in state of the art production facilities ensures that we lead the way in delivering flexibility, quality and innovation to our customers.
