Pork loins & bellies used for dry curing are specially selected from specific cuts and weights.
Our curing process is 100% natural with no added water, hand salted with authentic Atlantic Sea Salt, the cuts are slow matured and turned for 6 days to ensure the highest quality finished product.
We can also naturally beechwood smoke products in our custom built smokehouse for a deliciously rich and earthy smoked flavour.
Nitrite free bacon is also available in the premium range.
